MSN en Yahoo volgen Google met NoFollow tag

Ook de zoekmachines MSN en Yahoo zullen de NoFollow tag gaan ondersteunen om zoekmachine spam tegen te gaan. Ken Moss, de General Manger van MSN Search Dev & Test verklaart op de MSN Weblog “Over the coming weeks, our MSNBot crawler will start respecting this new tag”.

Nog opmerkelijker is dat ook MSN Spaces (Microsoft Blog programma) deze tag ook gaat ondersteunen. “and sometime after that MSN Spaces will start to support this as well (I expect Mike Torres and MC will have more details � the team has already made investments to help prevent blog spam to begin with)” [bron]
